How it's measured

The Index draws only on payment reports that were documented by a verified supplier, reviewed by our team, and made public after the reported company's 14-day right to respond. Invoice values are stored as ranges, never exact amounts. Every figure here is an aggregate — a region or segment is published only once it has at least 5 reports across 3 companies, so no individual company or reporter can be identified.
