1. The service

TrustedMR ("the platform"), operated by DreamlockMR Private Limited, publishes verified payment-behaviour information about companies in the market research industry, based on documentation submitted by verified suppliers and reviewed by our team.

2. Accounts and truthfulness

You must provide accurate registration information. Suppliers attest that every submitted document is genuine and relates to work actually delivered. Submitting fabricated or altered documents results in permanent removal and may be reported to authorities.

3. Reports and scores

Payment scores are computed from verified reports using a published formula. They are statements of documented record, not creditworthiness certifications. Companies always retain the right to respond and to resolve reports as described in the dispute policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the platform at scale, attempt to identify anonymous reporters, use the data to harass any party, or misrepresent TrustedMR scores or the TrustedMR Certified seal in your own materials.

5. Liability

The platform presents documents and computations in good faith and provides a correction mechanism. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamlockMR Private Limited is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of platform data.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
